The Project
Carlin Studios was brought in to design a new e-commerce website for the jewelry brand. We designed a fun, playful website that takes shoppers on a journey, building value and converting them to customers. With tons of custom features that make the shopping experience fun, we simplified what could otherwise be an overwhelming process for customers new to the brand.
Show, Not Tell
With e-commerce websites, visuals are everything. We incorporated shoppable images, which are key to help Your Story’s customers visualize the possibilities of their customizable pieces. And with a simple “add to cart,” there’s no guessing games in trying to figure out which products the model is wearing.
Design Your Own
With hundreds of charms, a concept like Your Story can be overwhelming. By creating “Design Your Own Bracelet” and “Design Your Own Necklace” sections, we simplified the process for new customers, guiding them through the fun process of creating a piece that’s hard to say no to!
Location Finder
As Your Story continues to expand to retail locations, we wanted to support the businesses that carry them. By adding an interactive location finder in their website design, customers can easily make their way to a local store and build their custom charm bracelet there!
Making Wholesale Easy
We wanted to make sure that the new website design supported existing retailers as much as it brought in new e-commerce customers. With a streamlined B2B wholesale portal, it’s easier than ever for retailers to stock up their supplies to keep up with demand, all from the same easy-to-use website.
