Northlake Nephrology is a growing specialty clinic on the Northshore of Louisiana that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of kidney-related conditions. Led by a team of compassionate healthcare professionals, their mission is to provide expert care with a personal touch. With a patient base that skews older, their challenge was twofold: create a welcoming digital presence that felt human and approachable, while also serving as a trustworthy resource for those navigating serious health issues.
The Project
Carlin Studios was hired to design the clinic’s website from the ground up, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and trust. We developed an intuitive structure that gently guided users through complex medical topics and treatments, while also making it easy for new patients to book appointments or learn more about the team. From writing warm, reassuring copy to choosing calm, confidence-building visuals, every element of the site was designed to reflect the clinic’s patient-first philosophy.
