Kean’s Fine Dry Cleaning is a multi-location, family-owned dry cleaner in Baton Rouge with a 125-year legacy of high-quality garment care. Before partnering with Carlin Studios, Kean’s had been managing Google Ads internally, but without conversion tracking or clear strategy, the campaigns weren’t generating consistent leads or measurable new customer growth. They needed a smarter approach to digital advertising — one that would drive real-world store visits and deliver trackable ROI.
The Project
Carlin Studios rebuilt Kean’s Google Ads from the ground up, launching both high-intent Google Search campaigns and a Performance Max campaign with full performance tracking – including calls, form submissions, direction requests, and actual store visits.
To support the campaigns, we also produced new video assets and designed high-converting landing pages that provided focused service information and clear calls to action, significantly improving lead quality and user experience
The Results
Kean’s new google campaigns now generate hundreds of inbound customer contacts each month, including phone calls and location visits driven directly from ads. As our team as continue to optimize, overall conversions are achieved at an average cost of approximately $3.50, with verified in-store visits averaging under $10 each—turning Google Ads into a measurable and scalable growth channel for the Kean’s brand.
